    Former CEO of Queensland Rail. Non-Executive Director of Yancoal, over 40 years of corporate and railway industry experience spanning operations, finance and business management. Chairman of Rail Innovation Australia Pty Ltd, a Director of Mater Health Services Brisbane Limited, and Non-Executive Director of White Energy Company Limited and former Chair of Qld WHS Board and Non-Executive Director of Bradken Ltd.

    Dr Doug McTaggart

    Dr McTaggart is a former CEO of Queensland Investment Corporation, an institutional investment manager with more than $70 billion in funds under management. He is a past Professor of Economics and Associate Dean at Bond University, former Under Treasurer of the Queensland Department of Treasury, and former Chairman of the Queensland Public Service Commission, and member of the Public Sector Renewal Board. Doug has also served on the Council of Australian Governments (COAG) Reform Council, the National Competition Council (NCC), and is a former Chairman of the Economic Society of Australia. He is currently Deputy Chairman of Spark Infrastructure, a Director of the Suncorp Group Limited, and Chairman of QIMR Berghofer Institute of Medical Research.

    Jon Grayson

    Mr Grayson has held Chief Executive positions in the private and public sectors. He was recruited from the private sector to lead the Queensland public service through a major reform process, as Director-General of the Department of the Premier and Cabinet. Jon has an investment banking background focused on investment in major infrastructure assets, and was the inaugural Chief Executive of Prime Infrastructure and led it to a successful ASX listing. He was previously a senior executive of Queensland Treasury Corporation, and was the government leader of the Suncorp-Metway merger, and was responsible for a major report to government on the rail industry. He was formerly a member of the Great Barrier Reef Marine Park Authority, Chair of the Queensland Public Sector Renewal Board, a director of the Australia and New Zealand School of Government, a member of the Brisbane G20 Steering Committee, and a member of the Council of Australian Governments Senior Officials Group.
